- Try this to get the A3000 to boot with no CD in the drive:

- * First, set your CDROM drive's SCSI ID to the last one on the chain.
- (Mine has 2 HD's ID#0 & ID#1 and a CDROM ID#6)
- * Be sure the CDROM is off and boot the Amiga
- * Load HDToolBox - It should complain that drives have been added or removed.
- * Click the "Save Changes" button on any drive(s) that will let you
- (Should be the last drive on the chain BEFORE the CDROM)
- * Exit HDToolBox.
- * Restart your computer - This time with the CDROM drive ON.

- It should boot with or without a CD in the drive - And the CDROM drive should
- still work normally. This is what fixed my A3000T & Toshiba CDROM drive.
